This applies to Zeph — listed on Google Play and the App Store as 'Zeph - Push state, sync AI' by LemonCloud — and to the web app, browser extension, and CLI that share the same account.

How to request deletion
Two ways. Deleting from the app is immediate.
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
1) Open Zeph and sign in
2) Tap CONFIG in the bottom tab bar
3) Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen
4) Review what will be removed, then tap Delete my account
Deletion runs the moment you confirm. There is no waiting period and no approval step.
2. Request by email
If you can't sign in and therefore can't delete from the app, email app@lemoncloud.io.

- Body: the email address you signed up with
We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 business days, then reply to confirm.
Deleted immediately
The following is destroyed permanently and cannot be recovered:
- Your account and login credentials (profile, email, profile photo)
- Every push you sent (text, links, images) and your clipboard history
- All uploaded files
- Registered devices and their push notification tokens
- API keys, webhooks, AI hooks and hook events
- Channels you created or subscribed to
- End-to-end encryption keys
Retained to satisfy the law
These are kept for the period the Korean Act on E-Commerce requires, then destroyed. Only the minimum needed to evidence a payment is retained — none of the service data listed above.
- Transaction records: 5 years
- Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years
Cancel your subscription first
A Zeph PRO subscription is billed by Google Play (or the App Store), so deleting your account does not cancel it.
Open the Google Play app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, cancel Zeph, and then delete your account. If you skip this, billing continues after the account is gone.
