Article 1. Purpose
These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the service provider of Zeph (hereinafter "the Service").
Article 2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the device-to-device data transfer platform provided by Zeph.
- "User" refers to any person who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
- "Push" refers to data (text, links, files, clipboard, etc.) transmitted through the Service.
- "Device" refers to user devices registered with the Service.
- "Hook" refers to API-based interfaces for integrating external systems.
Article 3. Changes to Terms
The Service may modify these terms when necessary. Modified terms take effect 7 days after notice. Users who do not agree may delete their account.
Article 4. Services Provided
- Real-time push messaging between devices
- File transfer
- Clipboard synchronization
- Browser extension sharing
- AI Hook integration with external systems
- API key-based developer interface
Article 5. Subscription and Payment
The Service offers Free and Pro tiers.
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation is available through your device's store settings.
- Refunds follow Apple or Google's refund policies.
- Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice.
Article 6. Account and Age
- Sign up via Google OAuth 2.0 or Apple Sign-In. One account per email.
- You must be at least 14 years old. Under 18 requires parental consent.
- You are responsible for your account security and must not share access.
Article 7. User Obligations
Users must not:
- Collect or disclose others' personal information
- Transmit illegal content
- Interfere with service operation
- Bypass security systems or API rate limits
- Violate applicable laws
Article 8. Data and Security
- Push messages can be encrypted with AES-256-GCM (Pro tier).
- Encryption keys are stored on the server for cross-device sync.
- Files are transferred via S3 pre-signed URLs.
- All communication is protected by TLS 1.3.
Article 9. Disclaimer
- The Service is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure.
- Users are responsible for the content they transmit.
- The Service may temporarily suspend for maintenance or emergencies.
Article 10. Account Termination
- Users may delete their account at any time via in-app settings.
- Data is handled per the Privacy Policy upon deletion.
- The Service may restrict accounts that violate these terms after prior notice.
Article 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the court with jurisdiction over the service provider's location.
